How to use

  • Sit upright in a chair with both feet on the floor.

  • Remove tight-fitting clothing from the upper arm and all thick clothing.

  • Pull the end of the cuff until it wraps securely around the upper arm. Place the arm on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as the heart.

  • By pressing the “Start/Stop” button, the cuff will automatically inflate and the measurement will begin.

  • At the end of the measurement, the cuff automatically deflates, and systolic and diastolic blood pressure values and pulse rate are displayed.
